A hot tub outside in the backyard is $750. A flat $35 carry-out fee applies per visit if we carry items out from inside the property, the minimum is $130 per visit, and 5% GST is added. Disposal and recycling are included, items taken together cost less than priced one by one, and the final price is confirmed from your photo before we load.

About 10 regular garbage bags of household items is approximately $120. This is for ordinary household bags only, not construction or renovation material. Combined loads with furniture or a rug are priced lower than each item on its own.

Tires are $15 each, up to 6 per visit. If you have more, text us a photo and we will work it out with you.

A hot tub sitting outside in the backyard is $750 plus 5% GST. That covers draining the tub on your property, cutting it apart, sweeping up and hauling every piece away, with disposal and recycling fees included. Switch the power off at your breaker first; we disconnect the cable and tape the end.

Yes. Every job comes with a proper receipt that shows our GST number, and 5% GST is added to the price. Property managers, landlords and estate lawyers often ask for it.

No. We are locally owned and have served Surrey, White Rock and Delta since 2005, with the same owner and a local crew. We are not affiliated with any similarly named junk removal business in the United States.

Yes. Junk hauling, rubbish removal and garbage removal are the same job: we pick it up, haul it away and handle the disposal. Household, garage, renovation and office loads are all fine.

We sort every load ourselves. Anything still usable is offered to local donation centers first, metal and appliances go to recycling depots, and landfill is always our last option, not our first.
