Junk Removal Express provides e-waste removal and yard waste removal in Surrey, White Rock and Delta, BC. Old TVs, computers and monitors, plus branches, hedge clippings and garden debris, are two things most people do not want in the regular garbage and cannot easily fit in a car. We pick them up, carry them out and handle the recycling and disposal. We have been doing this for local homes and businesses since 2005.
Electronics are bulky, awkward and often hold personal data, and yard waste piles up faster than it can be bagged. If you have a closet of old cables and monitors, a garage full of dead computers, or a backyard cleanup that has outgrown the green bin, text us a photo. Add a couch or an old fridge to the same visit and you only pay one minimum. See our furniture removal and office & household junk removal pages for those, or the prices below.
You have options for electronics and yard waste, and some of them are free or low cost. Here is how they compare, so you can pick the one that fits. Rules change, so check the sources linked below.

Before We Arrive: Quick Tips
Back up and wipe your devices
Save what you need and reset computers, phones and tablets to factory settings. Sign out of your accounts. We do not wipe data for you.
Keep cables with the device
Group each device with its cords and remote. It makes loading faster and nothing gets left behind.
Pile the yard waste together
Stack branches and bags in one place near the driveway or curb. If we carry it from the backyard, the flat $35 carry-out applies once per visit.
Tell us about heavy items
Old tube TVs and large monitors are heavy. Mention them when you text so we bring the right crew.
Donate, Recycle or Haul It Away?
Working electronics may have a second life with a charity or a reuse program, and some places take them in good condition, so call first to confirm. Devices that are broken or too old go for recycling, which is where BC's Return-It Electronics program comes in. If you have many items, heavy ones, or yard waste on top, we take the whole pile in one trip and handle the recycling and disposal.
Who We Work With
Homeowners clearing out a garage, a basement or a spare room. Small offices upgrading their equipment. Landlords and property managers turning over a unit, including eviction cleanouts. Families sorting an estate. Neighbours who finally tackled the overgrown backyard. If it is on this page and it is in Surrey, White Rock or Delta, we can take it.

How much does e-waste removal cost in Surrey, White Rock and Delta?
Electronics are priced from a photo, because a single old monitor and a carload of computers are very different jobs. Every visit has a $130 minimum, plus 5% GST, and disposal and recycling are included. Text a photo of what you have to (604) 512-2921 and we reply with a ballpark, usually within minutes.
Which electronics do you pick up?
TVs, computer monitors, desktop computers, laptops, printers, speakers and stereo equipment, DVD players, game consoles, phones and the cables that go with them. If your item is not on that list, send a photo and we will tell you.
How do I get rid of an old TV?
Flat screens and older tube TVs are both fine. Old tube TVs are heavy, so tell us if yours is one. We carry it out, load it and send it for electronics recycling where a facility accepts it. Add it to a furniture or appliance pickup and you only pay one minimum.
Can I just drop my electronics at a depot instead?
Yes, if you have a vehicle and the time. BC's Return-It Electronics program takes most home electronics at depots, including locations in Surrey, and the Recycling Council of BC hotline at 604-732-9253 can point you to the nearest one. We are the better choice if you have a lot, the items are heavy, or you would rather not drive.
Is my personal data safe on old computers and phones?
Back up what you need and wipe the device before we arrive, because we do not wipe data for you. Sign out of your accounts and restore the device to factory settings if you can. If the drive is the concern, tell us and we will keep that in mind when we collect it.
What counts as yard waste or green waste?
Branches, hedge clippings, leaves, grass clippings and general garden debris. Send a photo of the pile and tell us roughly how it is stacked. Lumber from a fence or deck is renovation debris rather than green waste, and that is priced from a photo too.
How much does yard waste removal cost?
Yard waste is priced from a photo, because a few bags and a whole backyard cleanup are not the same visit. A $130 minimum applies per visit, plus 5% GST, and the disposal is included. Items already at the driveway or curb do not have the carry-out fee.
Does the city take electronics or yard waste at the curb?
It depends on the city and the program. As an example, the City of Delta's large item pickup lists electronics and yard trimmings among the things it does not accept, and Metro Vancouver lists yard trimmings among the materials banned from garbage loads. Check your own city's current rules. If your items do not fit, we will take them.
Can you take a TV and an old fridge in the same visit?
Yes, and that is the cheapest way to do it, since the $130 minimum only applies once per visit. Appliances start at $100 for one, and electronics are priced from a photo. Send one photo with everything in it and we will give you one ballpark for the trip.
Do you remove anything that is not electronics or yard waste?
Yes. We also haul furniture, mattresses, appliances, renovation debris and full cleanouts. We cannot take hazardous items such as paint, chemicals or asbestos.
Do I have to carry the items to the curb?
No. If we carry things out from inside your house, garage, basement, shed or backyard, there is a flat $35 carry-out fee per visit, not per item, and stairs do not add to it. If everything is already at the driveway or curb, there is no carry-out fee.
What happens to the electronics after you pick them up?
We send them for electronics recycling where a facility accepts them, and anything that still works can go to donation. Disposal and recycling are included in the price.
Can you pick up electronics and yard waste on the same day?
Often, yes. Same-day service depends on the schedule, so call or text early. If you can book a day or two ahead, we have more flexibility on the time slot.
Do you offer a free estimate?
Yes. Text or WhatsApp a photo to (604) 512-2921. We reply with a ballpark price, and we confirm the final price before we load anything.
Which areas do you serve?
Surrey, White Rock and Delta, including Fleetwood, Guildford, Newton, Cloverdale, Clayton, Fraser Heights, South Surrey, Crescent Beach, Ocean Park and North Delta. If you are not sure we come to you, call or text.
Do you give a receipt?
Yes. You get a receipt showing our GST number. Prices are plus 5% GST.
