Junk Removal Express

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 9, 2026

These terms apply to junk and furniture removal services provided by Junk Removal Express (“we”, “us”) in Surrey, White Rock, Delta and nearby areas of British Columbia, and to your use of this website. By booking a job or using this website you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

When you send us a photo or describe the job, we give you a ballpark price. The firm price is confirmed on-site, after we see the items and access, and before anything is loaded. If the job turns out different from what was described, we will tell you the updated price before we start. You are never charged for work you have not agreed to.

Booking and access

We schedule a time window with you. Please make sure the items are accessible and that we can park near the pickup point. If we cannot access the items safely, we may need to reschedule or adjust the price.

What we take and what we don’t

We remove household and office junk, furniture, appliances, electronics, yard waste, renovation debris, hot tubs and similar items. For safety and legal reasons we may decline hazardous materials, such as chemicals, paint, fuel or asbestos. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before the job.

Responsible disposal

We sort items so that usable things are donated where possible, recyclable materials are recycled, and only the rest goes to landfill. We can’t guarantee where every individual item ends up.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete. We accept cash, credit card, debit and e-transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the items or are authorised to have them removed, and that you have removed anything personal or valuable you want to keep. Once an item has been loaded onto our truck it is ours to dispose of.

Care of your property

Our crew takes care when moving items through your home. If something is damaged during the job, tell us before we leave, or call us right away, and we will work with you to put it right.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under British Columbia consumer protection law.

Website use

The content on this website is for general information about our services. Information such as service areas and prices may change. Please call us to confirm details for your job.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
